CannyCad: Advancing Floor Planning Software with AI and Machine Learning
CannyCad has been engaged in the development of floor planning software since 2020. The team designed a solution based on artificial intelligence and machine learning to address a common challenge in the construction industry: the design of customized and feasible floorplans. This software facilitates and accelerates architectural design and remodeling by enabling users to generate precise plans quickly from land specifications and desired features.
Streamlining Architectural Design and Remodeling
In architectural design and remodeling, substantial time is often required for modifications and compliance with building regulations. CannyCad’s software automates these processes using AI and machine learning algorithms, reducing the time needed for changes and automatically applying city codes and regulations.
Patent Registration and Prototype Development
We registered a patent for this innovative idea on July 15, 2022, to secure international protection. As of now, the Alpha prototype is complete and undergoing testing, with the Beta version scheduled for completion. The software is currently being extensively tested in Iran, with plans to release the optimized Beta version and commence commercial operations.
ISO Certification and Future Plans
On May 17, 2024, we achieved ISO 13567-1:2017 certification for our software. To support our resource needs, CannyCad relies on suppliers related to software development and is considering Amazon AWS services for computational and data storage requirements.
